Procedure:
Finished Product: Students will make an ABC PowerPoint about Ancient Greece.

Introduction: read from the ABC books to give students the idea to use this format to make a book about Greece.

Teacher will assign letters from A to Z to groups of 2-3. Students will then find appropriate information for each letter to make the "alphabet book" about Greece

Students will work in small groups to research Ancient Greece through the use of variety of books and web sites. Search will be for a variety of information to answer these questions: Where is Greece? What would you like to know about Greece? Where can you find information about Greece? Do you think that the Ancient Greek culture has affected our present day culture?

Each small group will use infomation to develop the slides for the PowerPoint. The teacher will then put the groups of students' slides together for final presentation.
