Colonial Hills offers a bilingual program for Limited English Proficient (LEP) students. The goal of this program is for LEP students to become competent in the comprehension, speaking, reading and composition of the English language. Using both their primary language and English, students also learn mathematics, science and social studies. In addition to its own students, Colonial Hills serves children from Dellview Elementary School. Colonial Hills is also home to the Dual Language Program, which equally combines bilingual education for Spanish speaking students and total immersion education for English speaking students. In classes, instruction in English gradually increases and Spanish decreases until it is 50/50 in 5th grade.
