The S.T.E.M. Academy is a magnet program for sixth- and ninth- graders who are interested in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. This is a college-preparatory program located on the Nimitz Middle School and Lee High School campuses. S.T.E.M. was created as a model program of innovative mathematics and science instruction. The curriculum will immerse students in hands-on, problem-based learning with applications to the real world.
