To request publicity on the district's Web site or in district publications for a school accomplishment, program or event, submit this form at least two weeks prior to the event for advance publicity. You may also return this form within three days after the event for follow-up district publicity.
If administration is interested in receiving external media coverage, please indicate below. (Please note: media will likely not be interested in news after it occurs, so it is encouraged that you submit the publicity request as far in advance as possible.) When requesting external media, the campus should be able to identify students with parental permission to be filmed, photographed and/or interviewed. (See Student Release for Publicity form.) The Communications Department will coordinate any media visits and interviews with the principal or designee prior to giving media permission to be on campus.
